Recruitment is made on following criteria:
- Must be medically fit for serving onboard.
- Sufficiently trained and experienced to carry out their assigned task on board.
- Proficient in English to be able to carry out their duties.
- Qualifications and experiences are to be verified and cross- referenced with past employers.
- That the certificates comply with IMO and STCW requirements.
Then the company pool is checked to select only those who have net conditions such as: service on the vessel until completion of contract time, obedience to the superior officers, fulfillment of duties, cooperation and good relationship with fellow crew, clean record against fights and argument, and abiding by the company’s procedures, rules and regulations.
